Invoice Reduction
At the end of each month, we mail billing statements to our clients that reflect their order activity, payments, adjustments, and credits for that billing period. For years we’ve also included copies of all the invoices generated for that same period to assist our clients with their accounting. These are duplicate copies of the invoices that accompany completed jobs.
Over the years some clients have indicated they don’t need this second set of invoices. You know what I heard – “Stop wasting paper”. So after a few modifications to our accounting system, our clients now have the choice of receiving them or reducing unnecessary printing.
